Terms of service

The rules of the road for enrolling in a cohort, reading the open curriculum, and participating in the facilitator pathway. Written plainly on purpose.

1. About these terms

By using Camp Claude, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service. Operated by RUDI LLC.

2. The open curriculum

Articles under /learn are published free and available to read without an account. You may share, cite, and link freely. You may not republish whole articles without permission. Content is © 2026 RUDI LLC.

3. Cohort enrollment

What you get. Access to the live sessions, community, recordings, and materials listed on the cohort page at enrollment.

Payment. Processed through Stripe. Enrollment authorizes the charge. Individual cohort enrollments are one-time payments. Corporate engagements follow the signed proposal.

Refunds. Foundations: 30-day guarantee from Session 1 — attend the first two, email us within 7 days of session 2 for a full refund. Full Camp Claude: same 30-day window, non-refundable after Session 3. Corporate: per the proposal.

4. Community conduct

Treat others with respect. Keep shared cohort material confidential. No solicitation or unrelated promotion. No harassment. We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these standards.

5. The facilitator license

Certified facilitators receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to deliver Camp Claude cohorts. Facilitators may not modify the core curriculum, sublicense it, or extract portions into competing offerings. Subject to annual recertification. Full terms in the certification packet.

6. Intellectual property

The Camp Claude curriculum, brand, and materials are owned by RUDI LLC. You receive a personal, non-transferable license for your own learning. You retain full ownership of work you create during cohorts — your automations, skills, and artifacts are yours.

7. Not affiliated with Anthropic

Camp Claude is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. "Claude" is Anthropic's trademark, used here descriptively. Your use of Claude itself is governed by Anthropic's terms.

8. Disclaimers

No professional advice. We teach how to work with Claude. The reference patterns for regulated industries are educational, not a substitute for qualified legal or compliance counsel.

No results guaranteed. Outcomes depend on your effort, context, and the tools' capabilities, which change over time.

Service as-is. Live sessions may be rescheduled for illness or emergency; recordings and make-ups will be provided.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RUDI LLC's total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

Governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Disputes resolved in the state or federal courts of Ohio.

11. Changes

When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and email enrolled cohort members about significant changes.
