The open curriculum isn't a loss leader. It's the training ground. Study the material, complete a train-the-trainer, and run your own Camp Claude cohorts under a shared brand.
AI fluency training is a ten-figure category that doesn't have a standard curriculum yet. Every corporate trainer, consultant, and community educator is writing their own — badly, from scratch, every time.
Brandon can run maybe six cohorts a year. The answer isn't to teach harder — it's to license the curriculum and train other facilitators to deliver it under a shared brand.
Read every article on the Learn page. Complete the automation equation worksheet. Understand the governance pattern.
Experience the curriculum from the learner's seat. You can't teach what you haven't lived.
Two days of facilitator training — how each session lands, failure modes, intervention points. Plus 30 days mentorship with observation.
First cohort is co-facilitated with Brandon observing. Second cohort is solo. Full rev share from cohort one.
Camp Claude curriculum is published under CC BY-NC 4.0. Anyone can read it, share it, remix it, and teach it in non-commercial settings — free community workshops, student groups, personal study — with attribution.
Commercial teaching — paid cohorts, corporate training, licensing to an employer, certification programs — requires a commercial license. The facilitator pathway above is the primary route; direct licensing is available for organizations training at scale internally.
