What Does Your Week Look Like When Claude Has Already Triaged Your Inbox Before 8 AM?

In three live sessions, I'll show you exactly how I use Claude to run parts of RUDI that used to eat fifteen hours a week. Walk away with one real automation running in your account — not a framework, not a diagram, actual work that keeps happening after the cohort ends.

What students are saying

Hear it from learners.

The old way of working with AI is exhausting.

Most professionals using AI right now are using it the way most people use a search engine. You have ChatGPT open in a tab. You ask it something. You copy the answer. You tweak it. You paste it into an email. You send.

That's not AI working for you. That's you using AI as a slightly faster copy-paste tool.

You know the feeling. It's Wednesday at 4 PM and you realize you forgot about the tool entirely for three days. You try a new prompt and it's marginally better than the last one, but the output still needs 20 minutes of your editing before it's useable. You close the tab and go back to doing the work yourself.

Then you read about someone building an AI agent that runs their entire business while they sleep and you think — "what version of Claude are they using, because it's clearly not the one I have."

They're using the same Claude you are. They just opened the other two doors.

Learner proof

The video stories above are here because this is the common starting point: capable professionals using AI as a tab, then realizing Claude can become part of the actual workflow.

The version you haven't seen

Claude can actually touch your files.

The version of Claude that makes headlines doesn't live in a browser tab. It lives in a desktop app that reads the folders on your computer, writes to them, runs on a schedule, uses your Gmail, drafts replies in your voice, and sends you one clean document before 8 AM every morning.

That version has been available to you this entire time. You're already paying for it.

What stops most people isn't that Claude is complicated. It's that nobody showed them the second door. The one where Claude stops being a smart search box and starts being a coworker that ships work while you sleep.

That's what you'll build in three sessions.

A line worth remembering
"There will be a 10-person team doing a billion in revenue within the next three to five years." — Dan Martell

That team isn't using AI the way you are. The difference isn't their budget. It's which doors they've opened.

Before and after

Two versions of the same tool.

Chat-only Claude

  • A tab you open when you remember
  • You copy-paste everything yourself
  • You forget to use it half the time
  • You've never heard of Cowork or skills
  • You think AI is "cool but limited"
  • You pay $20/month and use 3% of it
  • The best version lives on someone else's laptop

Full Claude

  • A coworker at your desk, working on one project
  • Claude reads your inbox and drafts your replies
  • Claude runs on a schedule without you
  • You have three skills and one automation running
  • You delegate 5 hours a week back to your life
  • You pay $20/month and use every surface
  • The best version is in your account at 7 AM tomorrow
Why I built this

I've been inside the room where AI training fails.

A few years ago I was running professional development at a county educational service center in Ohio. Hundreds of educators, serious curriculum, real budget. The AI sessions were the hardest to land.

Not because the teachers weren't smart. They were. It was because every AI workshop I saw — ours and everyone else's — stopped at "here's what ChatGPT is." The people left fluent in theory and went home to the same tab-based AI they'd been using before.

That bothered me enough that I started RUDI — Responsible Use of Digital Intelligence. We built a framework that got traction with state partners, NSF-linked programs, and corporate cohorts at Avanade. We ran programs for teachers, founders, and compliance teams at regulated firms.

But I kept hitting the same ceiling. Theory doesn't stick. You can show someone the map ten times, but until they drive it, they don't have it.

Camp Claude is the missing half — hands on, live, one real automation built and shipped by the end. Every cohort walks out with something running in their account, not a diagram on a slide.

The $97 Bootcamp is the entry point. Three sessions, ninety minutes each, one automation live by the end.

The reframe

Claude isn't the secret. You are.

Most people think the breakthrough is finding the right prompt, the right tool, the right agent. So they rabbit-hole into tutorials and tool comparisons and come out with a longer to-do list and zero change in how their week actually runs.

The tool isn't the secret. The tool is the same one you're already using.

The professionals pulling ahead right now aren't using better AI than you. They changed how they think about their own work. They stopped asking "what can I use Claude for today?" and started asking "what could Claude do for me every day forever if I set it up once?"

That single mental move is what the Bootcamp is here to install.

The three sessions

Three nights. One automation. Yours.

Session 01
Wednesday, Jun 3
7:00 – 8:30 PM ET
90 min

SEE CLAUDE WORKING ON REAL FILES — YOURS ARE NEXT

In session one I'm sharing my screen and walking you through the three doors most ChatGPT users never open. You'll see Chat (the one you know), Cowork (the one you don't), and Code (the one you don't need) — and exactly when to reach for each.

You'll watch Claude read my actual inbox, draft replies in my voice, pull files from a Google Drive folder, and send me one clean document before 8 AM every morning. You'll see the real skill file that makes it work, the real folder it lives in, and the real 23 minutes it saves me every weekday.

After day one you'll stop seeing Claude as "a smarter ChatGPT" and start seeing it as the first AI that can actually touch the work on your computer.

Session 02
Thursday, Jun 4
7:00 – 8:30 PM ET
90 min

WRITE THE ONE INSTRUCTION FILE THAT MAKES CLAUDE YOURS

In session two you'll build the single thing that separates "using Claude" from "working with Claude" — your first skill. It's a short markdown file that tells Claude how you want it to work, what you care about, and what to ignore. Most people never learn these exist.

We'll write yours together. I'll show you mine live. You'll install one connector too (Gmail or Calendar — your pick), watch Claude reach into your actual tools for the first time, and feel the exact moment it stops being a smart assistant and becomes a specific-to-you team member.

By the end of session two you have one skill and one connector live on your account. That's the architecture. Day three is where it becomes an automation that runs without you.

Session 03
Monday, Jun 8
7:00 – 8:30 PM ET
90 min

SHIP ONE AUTOMATION RUNNING WITHOUT YOU TOMORROW MORNING

In session three, we ship.

You'll combine what you built on day two — your skill, your connector — with a scheduled task. The result is the move that turns "I use AI" into "AI works for me." One automation, running on a schedule, producing work you'll use before you sit down at your computer.

We'll build the same automation I use every weekday. You'll customize it to your inbox, your VIP senders, your tone. You'll schedule it to run tomorrow morning. And when you wake up, it will have done its first run. Without you. That's the moment.

What changes by Session 3

The outcome is not another notes doc. You leave able to name your skill, your connector, your cadence, and the work Claude will produce when you are not at your desk.

Who this is for

Built for professionals, not beginners or engineers.

You've used ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot for at least six months. You know how to prompt. You're not looking for "what is an LLM" — you're looking for "how do people actually make AI do their work?"

This is built for you if:

This is not for you if:

A few things people ask

Honest answers to what you're about to ask.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The Bootcamp is designed for non-technical professionals. If you can drag a folder to your desktop and type a sentence, you have the skills. Every click happens together on screen.

Do I need a paid Claude subscription?

You'll want Claude Pro ($20/mo) or higher before Session 1. The free tier doesn't include Cowork, which is the heart of the bootcamp. Teams and Enterprise are both fine.

What if I can't attend live?

Every session is recorded and posted in the community within 24 hours. You can watch on your schedule and bring questions to the next live session. Replays are yours for 30 days with General Admission or 6 months with either VIP ticket.

What kind of automation will I build?

Whatever's most useful to you. The canonical demo is morning inbox triage — but if you'd rather build a weekly status digest, a post-meeting drafter, a content-from-notes pipeline, or something specific to your work, we'll help you customize it. You leave with your automation, not mine.

I already use Claude Pro regularly. Is this still for me?

Especially for you. The people who already use Claude the most have the biggest gap between what they're doing and what the tool can do. The bootcamp closes that gap.

How is this different from Foundations or the full cohort?

The Bootcamp is a three-session intensive with one automation as the outcome. Foundations is a four-session cohort with deeper coverage of the same material plus model selection and supervision. Full Camp Claude is a five-session, eight-week program with multiple automations and 1:1 coaching. Most people start at the Bootcamp; VIP Admission includes 50% off a future Foundations or Full cohort.

Is there a corporate version?

Yes. Private company cohorts start at $15K. Regulated-industry cohorts (finance, legal, healthcare) add the Corporate Security Module and start at $75K. If that's you, reach out at /cohort/corporate.
